This blog post has three parts:
1) Make a list of 5-10 laws that have been important in the civil rights history of the group you are studying.
2) Choose one law from your list and explain (in at least eight sentences) why you think it was important in the civil rights history of the group you are studying. Remember to use a connection to improve your argument.
3) Cite your sources by creating a works cited list using proper MLA format; it is okay if there is only one source on your list.
Your work will be graded using our normal rubric for blog posts, but make sure you write your post on your own blog, not this one.
