A stereotype is a simple generalization of a group that is often inaccurate and allows others to treat members of that group based on that generalization.

Write a blog post in response to the following questions: What is the effect of stereotypes generally? What is the effect of stereotypes on the group that you are studying? Be sure that your response is at least 8 sentences and remember to use a connection to make your point.
